End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Mirror : Find Movies & Show

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the developer of Mirror : Find Movies & Show (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the Mirror : Find Movies & Show mobile application and related services (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this EULA.

This license does not grant you ownership of the Software.

2. Nature of the Application

Mirror : Find Movies & Show is a simulation-based application designed for entertainment and educational purposes.

The Software:

• Does not perform real cryptocurrency mining
• Does not use device CPU, GPU, or processing power for blockchain mining
• Does not connect to blockchain networks
• Does not process real cryptocurrency transactions
• Does not store, transfer, or manage real digital assets
• Does not provide financial, investment, or trading services

All balances, rewards, and values displayed within the app are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, lease, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Use the Software for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Software
• Use automation, bots, or exploits to manipulate in-app systems

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its design, graphics, code, content, and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of the Company.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating or updating your profile.

6. Virtual Items and Rewards

The app may include virtual rewards, boosters, levels, or simulated balances.

These:

• Are provided for in-app use only
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for real currency or cryptocurrency

We reserve the right to modify or reset virtual balances as part of system updates or rule enforcement.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Financial outcomes
• Specific reward results

Use of the Software is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Device malfunctions
• Misinterpretation of simulated rewards

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Apple App Store Notice

If downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This agreement is between you and the Company, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the Software
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
