All balances, rewards, and mining activities shown within the App are simulated and have no real-world monetary value.


2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal iOS device in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
• Attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Exploit bugs or manipulate in-app systems

All intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer.


3. Virtual Rewards and Features

The App may include:

• Simulated mining sessions
• Boosters
• Referral bonuses
• Scratch rewards
• Leaderboards
• Virtual balances

These features are for in-app use only and cannot be exchanged for real currency or cryptocurrency.

We reserve the right to modify or reset virtual balances to maintain fairness and system integrity.


4. Internet Connection

Certain features of the App require an active internet connection. The developer is not responsible for any inability to use the App due to lack of connectivity or mobile data limitations.

You are responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile service provider.


5. Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We recommend not jailbreaking or modifying your device’s operating system, as this may affect the App’s performance and security.

We are not liable for issues caused by unauthorized device modifications.


6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as:

• Apple Analytics
• Firebase (Crash Reporting / Analytics)
• Advertising networks (if applicable)
• RevenueCat (for in-app purchases)

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.


7. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the App at any time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of any changes.

We may also suspend or discontinue the App without prior notice.


8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:
